Pound Cake, ya...

This is a pound cake that my wife makes, almost all the time. She has sold the cake and makes it for special friend. The cake is very simple to make and can be made in an hour an a half. So if you need a quick cake for entertaining folks this is it. Try with vanilla ice cream homemade of naturally.

• 3 Cups of Cake Flour
• 3 Sticks of Butter
• 8 oz of Cream Chesses
• 6 Eggs
• 2 ¾ cups of sugar
• 3 Teaspoons of Vanilla
• 2 teaspoons of lemon favor

Mix butter, cream chesses, sugar, vanilla and lemon favor then gradually adds eggs add cake flour. Lightly flour 9 cup Bundt pan.

Heat Oven to 350 Degrees Cook for about 1 hour and 15 minutes Let stand for about 10 minutes
