Slices of French bread

• ½ Cup Blackberries or Strawberries preserve
• ½ Cup Ricotta cheese
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cup milk
• ½ heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• Zest of Orange finely grated
• Butter soften
• Powdered sugar

Whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, salt orange zest. Dip each slice soaking both sizes with custard mixture.

Brush cooking surface with butter, place slices on surface and cook until golden
